Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Supreme Court, upon the recommendation of the Virginia Association of Commonwealth's Attorneys, shall adopt rules governing procedures for the investigation and prosecution of election law violations under Title 24.1.
