Description

Veterinarians and animal licensure. Repeals the requirement that veterinarians must provide the local treasurer with rabies certificate information, which the treasurers then use to collect license fees for companion animals. This law has been in effect since July 1, 2007, and provides a civil penalty of $10 for a veterinarian that willfully fails to provide the vaccination certificates to the treasurer. Read the Bill »
