Summary
Restraining certain violations. Allows a zoning administrator or locality to record a notice of zoning ordinance enforcement action in the land records when there is an injunction or other zoning ordinance enforcement action pending against a property owner for a violation related to the maximum number of dwelling units permitted on a lot or the maximum occupancy limitations of a residential dwelling unit. Once recorded in the land records under the name of the property owner, successors in interest and assigns will be bound by the outcome of the litigation.
