Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Board of Housing and Community Development shall adopt regulations in accordance with the Administrative Process Act, (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia, establishing standards for the installation of in-building antenna systems capable of providing 800 MHZ communication coverage.
