Summary

Supervised visitation.  Provides that if supervised visitation is ordered, with such restrictions and conditions necessary to minimize any risk of harm to the child, the parent subject to the supervised visitation order is responsible for all costs incurred in compliance with the order. The bill also defines "supervised visitation."
