Description
Commonwealth Transportation Board; Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner. Provides for election of the non-at-large members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board by majority vote of the members elected to each house of the General Assembly. The bill also provides for election of the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner by the Commonwealth Transportation Board for a term of four years. In the event of a vacancy, the Governor would appoint an Acting Commissioner until the Commonwealth Transportation Board fills the vacancy. View Full Text »
