Summary
Naming rights to highways, etc. Allows the Commonwealth Transportation Board to grant to individuals and to businesses licensed to do business in Virginia naming rights to highways, bridges, or interchanges forming a part of the systems of state highways in return for a financial or in-kind consideration, provided that any name given thereby is that of a deceased person or a business licensed to do business in Virginia.
