Summary

Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability.  Allows the Commission to require the submission to it of reports from responsible public entities operating under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995 (PPTA) on the status of pending or potential qualifying transportation facilities and assist in the development of timelines for the execution of interim or comprehensive agreements for the development or operation of such facilities under the provisions of the PPTA.
