Description

VDOT regulations; fiber optic facilities. Requires the Department of Transportation, by regulation, to allow communications providers deploying fiber optic facilities to overlash fiber optic facilities onto existing aerial copper facilities. Vertical clearances for all such overhead installations within nonlimited-access rights-of-way must be in compliance with standards specified in the National Electric Safety Code. View Full Text »
