JUST WHERE ARE THE "ANIMAL CARE LAWS"? WHAT EXACTLY ARE COMMERCIAL BREEDING LAWS? WHAT ELSE IS THE GOVERNMENT GOING TO GET THEIR FINGERS INTO. THEY ALREADY GET HALF OF OUR INCOME. NOW MAKING MORE RULES TO DIRECT MONIES TO GOVERNMENT USE. I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LAW OR ANY OTHER THAT COMMON SENSE STANDS TO REASON. IT ALL GOES BACK TO THOSE WHO WILL BREAK THE LAW AND NO MATTER HOW MANY LAWS ARE CREATED, IT IS ALWAYS THE ROTTEN APPLE THAT SPOILS IT FOR A RESPONSIBLE BREEDER.
