Summary

Elections; polling hours; and central absentee voter precincts. Permits the local electoral board, with the agreement of the general registrar, to delay the opening of the central absentee voter precinct from 6:00 a.m. for up to six hours or until noon, so long as the general registrar's office is available for the receipt of returned absentee ballots during that time.
