Summary

Literary Fund; memoranda of lien. Requires all memoranda of lien deposited with the State Treasurer on behalf of the Literary Fund prior to July 1, 2007, be released. Thus, upon request of a locality, the clerk having record of any such lien must mark the entry of the lien satisfied.
