Description

Lis pendens; zoning ordinance violation. Provides that in actions to enforce a zoning ordinance, no lis pendens or attachment shall affect a bona fide purchaser of real or personal estate unless the memorandum of lis pendens recorded in the clerk's office contains a description of the alleged zoning violation.
