Description

Sale of firearms; microstamping. Requires that all semiautomatic handguns sold or transferred after January 1, 2010, be equipped with technology that etches a microscopic array of characters identifying the make, model, and serial number of the handgun on the cartridge case when the handgun is fired. A violation of this requirement is a Class 1 misdemeanor.   View Full Text »
