For a discussion of this bill and HB 104, read the entry on my blog, ChangeServant.
This bill gives police authority to choose whom to arrest for driving without a license. Currently, police may not arrest someone for this offense unless they believe that the person will not respond to a summons to court, is a danger to self or others or will not cease the illegal conduct. The bill is an open door to bias-based policing.
Another piece of horrible legislation from Attorney/ Nazi like idiot Dave Albo. The same fool that gave us the "abusive driver fees". He will do anything to drive clients to his law practice that specializes in traffic defense and DWI defense. This guy is scum and needs to go.
