Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 23-38.12 and 23-38.15 of the Code of Virginia, students attending the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine shall be eligible for the Tuition Assistance Grant Program, pursuant to Chapter 4.1 (§ 23-38.11 et seq.) of Title 23.
