Description

Board of visitors; University of Virginia. Provides that all appointments made on or after July 1, 2008, to the board of visitors must be for terms of four years that commence on July 1 of the first year of appointment. Such terms expire on June 30 of the year of scheduled expiration, including appointments made before July 1, 2008. Amends § 23-70, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
