Summary

Line of Duty Act; definition of disabled person.  Amends the definition of disabled person, for purposes of the Line of Duty Act, to include permanently disabled local employees who were injured in the line of duty on or after January 1, 1990. The Act currently provides health insurance coverage to eligible disabled state employees retroactively to 1966, but is not retroactive for disabled local employees.
