Hello Margi -
I strongly recommend passage of this bill in honor of a great man and model citizen for all adults in the Commonwealth. Any parent interested in the future of our country - our children - would be proud of the outstanding achievements Bill accomplished in his life so tragically cut short for all of us. From poking fun at the politicians on capital hill by founding the Capital Steps to the totally involvement of students with aspects of drama to better shape their lives, Bill left his mark on 1000's of people nationwide - truly a legacy for Janie and is family to have a constant reminder of what a great man, husband and father they shared with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the America too.

Thank you for your this most thoughtful idea and efforts on this matter for a truly model Virginian.
