Description

VDOT maintenance; community service program. Requires the Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Transportation to establish a program whereby nonviolent misdemeanants who have a suspended sentence or who are on probation will mow rights-of-way or perform other landscaping tasks that VDOT is responsible for.
