Description
Replacement of trees during development process in certain localities. Reduces the maturity date from 20 years to 15 years. The bill also increases the mature canopy coverage from 20 percent to 30 percent for a residential site zoned 10 units or less per acre. Amends § 15.2-961, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
