Description
Assignment of judgment; docketing. Requires that an assignment of a judgment shall be noted upon the judgment docket. Such a notation is currently discretionary. If no notation is made, the judgment shall be considered satisfied. Amends § 8.01-452 (“Entry of assignment of judgment on judgment lien docket.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
