Summary

Martin Luther King, Jr. Living History and Public Policy Center.  Clarifies that voluntary contributions from state tax refunds must be paid to the Board of Trustees of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Living History and Public Policy Center, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization under IRS rules. This bill also provides that an emergency exists and the bill will become law upon its passage. This bill is a recommendation of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Commission.
