Description
Local real estate tax deferral programs. Authorizes localities to allow homeowners at least 65 years old to defer 100 percent of the real estate tax imposed upon the property owned by the taxpayer, for any property that is covered under the localitys deferral program. Amends § 58.1-3219.1 (“Conditions of deferral; payment of deferred amounts.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
