Summary

Income tax; Certified EarthCraft House tax credit.  Provides a one-time income tax credit in the amount of $500 for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2008, to taxpayers who purchase and reside in a newly constructed home that meets the EarthCraft House requirements as an environmentally friendly home and has been awarded an EarthCraft House Certificate.
