Summary
No-fault divorce; evidence required. Allows a decree
of divorce to be issued on the affidavit of one party to the marriage if no
minor children are involved and there is no dispute regarding spousal support
or property distribution. And if the plaintiff is indigent, allows an order
stating the object of the suit and grounds thereof, in lieu of publication, to
be posted on the courthouse door.
