Department of the Treasury; Risk Management Division; coverage for area agencies on aging. Clarifies that local automobile insurance for vehicles used by local chapters or programs of the Meals on Wheels Association of America or any area agency on aging to provide nutritional services to the elderly, homebound, or disabled are to be included in the coverage provided under the State's risk management plan.
