Opens the enrollment into the Virginia Sickness and Disability Program between October 1, 2008, and January 1, 2009, for eligible employees not currently participating in the program. I know alot of state employees will aprreciate if this bill passes. I know of several under the old program wishing a bill like this would come so they can get on this program. I personally am on it as well.
