Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Commonwealth of Virginia is hereby authorized to convey in its "as is" condition, for fair market value, with the approval of the Governor and in a form approved by the Attorney General, to Elmo K. Sadler, an easement across property on Tax Map 13-A-88 owned by the Commonwealth immediately adjacent to State Route 665 in the Rocky Gap Magisterial District in Bland County . The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish such conveyance.
