Description

Parentage proceedings; jurisdiction. Clarifies that circuit courts and juvenile and domestic relations district courts have concurrent original jurisdiction over proceedings to determine parentage. Such concurrent jurisdiction is already provided for in Chapter 3.1 (proceedings to determine parentage) of Title 20.
