Description

Transient occupancy tax; Arlington County. Extends the sunset date from January 1, 2009, to January 1, 2012, for Arlington County%92s additional transient occupancy tax of one-fourth of one percent. Under current law, revenues from the tax are required to be used by the county for promoting tourism and business travel in the county.
