Summary

Transportation funding.  Repeals certain abusive driver fees, increases the state motor fuels tax rate by $0.02 per gallon, and repeals the sales tax on charges for labor or services in automobile repairs.  The bill further provides for a refund of any abusive driver fees paid, with interest.

This was a horible law to begin with. Also Unconstitutional as it only applied to citzens of Va. We as in Va lost a good family around me because of this stupid law. It was the last straw for them in this common wealth state so they moved to SC.
