Office of Comprehensive Services and the Comprehensive Services Act; best practices. Requires the Director of the Office of Comprehensive Services for At-Risk Youth and Families to provide an annual workshop to train CSA staff and other interested parties on best practices and evidence-based practices related to the CSA Program.
