Data Collection; residential service providers. Requires the State Executive Council to develop and implement uniform data collection standards to collect data on residential service providers and residential services provided under the Comprehensive Services Act program and to develop uniform outcome measures to evaluate residential services provided under the Comprehensive Services Act program.
