Summary
Data collection; Title IV-E expenditures. Requires the State Executive Council to oversee the development and implementation of a program for the collection of data on (i) the cost of services purchased through the CSA program, (ii) treatment foster care services and residential services payments made through the Medicaid program, and (iii) child-specific payments made through the Title IV-E foster care program. This bill also requires the Department of Social Services to collect data on child-specific payments made through the Title IV-E foster care program and to report data collected to the Office of Comprehensive Services.
