Summary

DMV fees.  Increases the surcharge of issuance of any driver's license other than a commercial driver's license from $1.60 per year to $3.60 per year of validity of the license and increases the fee for the reissuance or replacement of a driver's license from $5 to $10. The bill also increases the fee for issuance of a duplicate driver's license from $5 to $10.
