Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 903 of the Acts of Assembly of 2006 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2007, except that the provisions of this act adding subsections B through D of § 15.2-2286.1 of the Code of Virginia, as they apply to Surry County, shall become effective on July 1, 2009.
