Summary

Duty to file lists of tenants, renters, or members with commissioner of revenue.  Adds the owners and operators of storage facilities to the list of entities that are required to provide the name and address of renters or tenants to the local commissioner of revenue upon his request.

The bill also would require property owners’ associations, condominium unit owners’ associations, and proprietary lessees’ associations to provide a list of their members to the commissioner upon his request.
