Summary
Disbursements from Water Quality Improvement Fund.
Authorizes the Department of Environmental Quality to reimburse localities for
the costs of nutrient removal upgrades at publicly owned treatment works on a
monthly basis so long as there is written certification from the grant
recipient that the local share of the project costs have been expended.
