SB702: Influenza vaccinations; Department of Health to publish on its website information thereon.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 32.1-46.02 as follows:
§ 32.1-46.02. Information on influenza vaccinations.
The Department shall publish, on its website, information on influenza disease and the benefits of influenza vaccination for children under the age of 60 months. The Department shall also work with other state agencies, as well as private child care organizations, to make this information available to parents on an annual basis.
