This is a wise investment as it will stimulate economic development of this environmentally clean profession. It will help place Virginia in a more competitive position with other states and provide a handsome return on the investment in the form of increased employment and resulting tax revenues for BVirginia
Hopefully the incentive plan will survive in another form. Otherwise Virginia will be ignored as a production location for major films as compared to other enlightened states that provide incentives.
