Summary
Freedom of Information Act; records and meetings of Innovative Technology Authority. Exempts from public disclosure certain proprietary records submitted to the Innovative Technology Authority as part of a grant application. The bill also allows meetings of the Innovative Technology Authority to be closed when the exempt records are being discussed.
