Public-Private Transportation Act; tolls on Interstate 81. Provides that a private entity may not impose tolls under the Public-Private Transportation Act on passenger cars, pickup or panel trucks, and motorcycles if the qualified transportation facility is Interstate Route 81. Read the Bill »
