Description
Move-over law. Provides that a motor vehicle approaching a stationary emergency vehicle displaying emergency lights must move to a lane not adjacent to the emergency vehicle regardless of whether the emergency vehicle is in a travel lane. Amends § 46.2-921.1 (“Drivers to yield right-of-way or reduce speed when approaching stationary emergency vehicles on highways; penalties.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
