SB84: License plates, special; issuance to U.S. Air Force retirees.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Special license plates for retired members of the United States Air Force.
On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is a retired member of the United States Air Force and following the provisions of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall issue to the applicant special license plates for retired members of the United States Air Force.
