Comments

Capt (Aux) Ron Hyman writes:

Bill Backus was one of my volunteer police officers for nearly 21 years. He was an extraordinary man and gave many years of oustanding volunteer service as an auxiliary police officer with the Portsmouth Police Dept. We also served together in the Naval Reserve. Bill is most deserving of this celebration of his life.
