Infectious animal diseases; scrapie regulations for goats and sheep. Requires that any regulations adopted by the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services regarding the eradication and control of scrapie in goats and sheep limit intrastate identification, reporting, and movement restrictions to infected and source flocks and high-risk animals.   View Full Text »
