Description
Online voter registration. Provides that the State Board of Elections will accept applications for registration electronically on its website. Only applicants who possess a driver's license or identification card issued by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles shall be eligible to register electronically. The State Board will verify that the information submitted electronically matches the information contained in the applicant's record with the Department of Motor Vehicles and shall obtain an electronic copy of the applicant's signature from the Department.
