Solicitation of contributions, distribution of materials, etc., in highway right-of-way. Grants Hanover County and the Town of Ashland the power to regulate the solicitation of contributions and distribution of materials, etc., in highway rights-of-way. Amends § 46.2-931 (“Localities may prohibit or regulate distribution of handbills, etc., solicitation of contributions, and sale of merchandise or services on highways within their boundaries or on public roadways and medians.”), of the Code of Virginia.
