Description

Telephone utilities; certificated service territories. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission to make changes to an incumbent local exchange carrier's certificated service territory at the request of those incumbent local exchange carriers that are directly involved in a proposed change in the certificated service territory. Amends § 56-265.4:4 (“Certificate to operate as a telephone utility.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
